What a gorgeous day!
This morning Miss Paulina and the children drew out a long train track on some paper for a floor project. Our imaginations soared to new heights. We talked about houses, how tall they are, what color our own houses are, and drew the people that live in them. The children also had to resolve some interesting traffic problems for their trains to be able to run on the track.
It was time to venture outside, and we did some sand play, worked on shooting some baskets, and Miss Paulina and Lisa did some music time. The children used their shakers, and did some beautiful singing.
For lunch today we had cheese tortillini with Alfredo, corn and fresh fruit salad.
Just a reminder that we ask that you keep special toys, etc.at home, or in the car at drop off and pick up to avoid disruption with the other children. As always, we appreciate your cooperation in this!
