Happy Monday!

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

Today was truly a FALL day.

Our tree in the backyard is shedding it’s leaves day by day.

There were more leaves on the ground than there were last week! Emma picked up a leaf and said, “BIG leaf!” We talked about the colors of each leaf as well as the size.

We used our feet to kick the leaves around.

A few friends even starting collecting them in their hands and then when they got enough, we threw them into the air!

Children were so excited about this fall day that they ran circles around the log house! Wee’s started running and soon a few Wee Wee’s followed. We just had so much excitement .

For breakfast, friends had oatmeal with cinnamon and apples. Lunch consisted of whole grain pasta with kidney beans, pears, and mixed vegetables. PM snack was string cheese and crackers.
