Breakfast: PB brown rice cakes and sliced apples.
Wee Sprouts: garden cucumbers
Lunch: Quinoa and brown rice with cheddar cheese, cantaloupe & pear slices, and colored sweet peppers.
Snack: Tami’s homemade Whole Wheat Almond Butter Cashew “Cookies” (lightly sweetened with maple syrup instead of processed sugar!)
