Wee Sprouts: Red bell peppers. Breakfast: Whole grain oatmeal and bananas. Lunch: Whole wheat flatbread with refried beans and cheddar cheese, fresh green beans and grapes. Snack: Homemade popcorn with butter and fresh oranges.
