Breakfast– Whole grain oatmeal with honey and blackberries.

Lunch– Brown rice with chicken, cantaloupe, and cherry tomatoes.

PM snack– Air popped popcorn with guavas.

Wee Sprout– Cherry tomatoes and peppers.
