Here’s just a few meaningful learning experiences that took place today:
-A kindergartener initiated upper case letter writing during journal time.
-An almost three year old showed interest in the makeup of his first name.
-A transformation: a block of wood turned into a TV including colorful wires on the back (antenna’s were even added)!
-Exploring the ‘shark’ and ‘frog life cycle’ using non fiction stories as a resource.
Did you know?: Sharks have no bones, just cartilage AND frogs live for about ten years.
-Jumping into a pretend world or the princess tent as well call it!
“I wish South Bend looked like this..” –a five year old
Breakfast– Rice cakes with peanut butter and PPC strawberries.
Lunch– Brown rice with shredded beef and cheese, PPC grapes, and fresh carrots/cauliflower.
PM snack– Block cheddar cheese and pears/banana.
Wee Sprout– PPC cauliflower.
