Good Afternoon!

Mack was the oldest friend here for the majority of the morning, so he spent some time working on his letter and color recognition as he was putting puzzles together. When our friends get at the age and stage of understanding the concept of colors, numbers, shapes etc.., we work on different strategies to help them work through their understanding. For example, Miss Marty asked Mack to find all the yellow numbers, red numbers etc. This is one strategy that works well with our friends and they enjoy it.

Rose worked at moving the beads across the curvy lines on the abacus cube. She was also very interested in the Goodnight Moon book as well as pulling the cars back and watching them go forward all by themselves as she made car sounds.

Emma and Mack enjoyed some imaginative play together as they chose an outfit to wear or to take with them in the basket on their trip.
