Our environment is based upon the idea of choice. For much of the day, friends are free to move from area to area as they please. It is always interesting to see where friends choose to spend their time.

Today, some friends spent time in the back constructing a house, building with Legos and driving cars.

                       

Other friends hung baby clothes on the clothesline in our housekeeping area, practicing opening and closing those tricky clothespins!

And still other friends sat at the island trying to master straw weaving, manipulating yarn over and under, over and under straws.

Yet no matter what area of the house we choose to play and work in we are always learning, exploring and growing.

Wee Sprouts: Carrots. Breakfast: Malt-O-Meal and raisins. Lunch: Whole wheat flatbread quesadillas, mixed vegetables and apple slices. Snack: String cheese and whole grain Goldfish.
