This morning we traveled to Springhope Farm to pick apples. Enjoy these pictures from our trip!

Our first stop was to watch the apple cleaning machine in action. The little apples get sorted from the big ones, are polished and then dried.

Next, each friend got an apple picking bag of their very own.

We saw a tractor in the barn and then got to ride on another one out to the apple trees.

It was a fun ride on the big tractor!

We heard about all the different apple varieties and then got to picking.

We filled our bags to the brim!

Look at all them apples!

We were glad so many parents and grandparents were able to join us!

Breakfast: Brown rice cakes with peanut butter, hard boiled eggs and bananas. Lunch: Whole grain brown rice with quinoa and chicken, carrots and fresh pears. Snack: Honey crisp apples fresh from the orchard with a peanut butter/organic whole milk yogurt dipping sauce!
