It’s been an active day here at Wee Friends! Children spent the morning engaged with the scooters and the train tracks back in habitrail. The train tracks were brought up from the basement this morning. Trading toys in and out keeps the environment fresh! Children are often excited to see “new” materials they haven’t seen in a while.

Sequins were a popular activity:

Elliott spent most of the morning working with some old cardboard boxes…creating his very own “pod.”

Jackson and Maxwell were especially excited to see the garbage truck this morning!

What a glorious day to be outside! Miss Amanda brought out the big bubbles and friends had a blast trying to pop and catch them. They also took turns trying to blow bubbles themselves.

Watch out for the opossums playing dead and the foxes crawling around WF!

 

Wee Sprouts: Yellow bell pepper. Breakfast: Toasted whole wheat bagel with sweet pea butter and fresh apples. Lunch: Whole wheat pasta with chicken and mozzarella cheese, carrots, and fresh oranges. Snack: Organic whole milk yogurt with red grapes.
