Good afternoon.
“Development is a series of rebirths.” ~Maria Montessori
This morning Miss Rebekah had our friends really excited about music and movement. She played interactive songs for us to move our bodies too! Some of the movements were dancing and then freezing our bodies until the music started to play once again, and others were all about listening closely to what the musical narrator was telling us to do with our bodies. We all had a big happy reaction when he told us to stick out our tongues.
Jack and his friend Evie decided it would be fun to interact with one another and throw a ball back and forth for each of them to catch. This activity enhances hand-eye coordination, socialization skills, and teamwork. They both had a great time and worked very well together.
Breakfast: Whole wheat toast with butter and cinnamon, and banana.
Lunch: Whole grain rice with shredded beef, carrots, and clementine’s.
Snack: Pretzels and mozzarella string cheese.
Wee Sprouts: Carrots.
Have a nice night!
Marty
