Good Afternoon!
“Children are human beings to whom respect is due, superior to us by reason of their innocence and of the greater possibilities of their future.” ~Maria Montessori
Daniel and Zoe were nicely engaged in the shape stacker activity today. This activity is a multiple learning activity that all of our friends love. We can utilize our hand-eye coordination skills, learn our colors, shapes, and how objects can be larger and or smaller than others.
Friends also enjoyed engaging with the waffle blocks. These blocks are also a multi-learning activity. Hand-eye coordination, fine motor, color recognition, and shape recognition are all ways we we can have our cognitive senses in full scale.
Breakfast: Whole grain Kix cereal, with grapes.
Lunch: Whole grain flatbread with shredded cheese and refried beans, carrots, and clementine’s.
Snack: Whole wheat Ritz crackers with cheddar cheese cubes.
Wee Sprouts: Peas.
Have a wonderful night.
Marty.
