Good Afternoon. I hope you all had a fantastic weekend.
This morning friends got right into their play after breakfast! A friend asked for the permanence boxes. This is an activity that enhances our hand-eye coordination skills. We place the small balls and coins into their slots so we can see where they end up. We love it when the balls roll back to us.
Another friend used her gross motor climbing skills to climb up the ladder and look out of the window.
We then headed into the kitchen area to utilize our fine motor skills. We manipulated with the pegs and their boards. This activity also allows us to use our color recognition and our hand-eye coordination skills. Everyone enjoyed this activity.
Breakfast: Whole wheat butter toast with cinnamon and apples.
Lunch: Whole wheat pasta with butter and shredded beef, peas/cucumbers and apples.
Snack: Whole milk yogurt with graham crackers.
Wee Sprouts: Cucumbers and peas.
Have a lovely evening.
Marty
