In K/PREK1 group, we looked at real coins and a real one dollar bill. On each piece of money, we talked about the characteristics of the coins, specifically the year that it was made! Most of the coins were made in the late 1990’s, which they thought was pretty funny that coins could be that old! We also talked about the amount that each coin was worth.
