Breakfast– Whole wheat toast with butter and fresh pears.

Lunch– Whole wheat pasta with butter and shredded pork, fresh watermelon/pears, and fresh cucumber/carrots/pepper.

PM snack– Whole milk yogurt with graham crackers.

Wee Sprout– Fresh cucumber/peppers.
