Breakfast:  Whole grain Cheerios and fresh pears.

Lunch:  Peanut butter on whole grain wheat bread, fresh apples and corn.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain wheat English muffins with butter and cinnamon and fresh yellow bell peppers.
