Good Afternoon!

Today we cut open our pumpkin.  Miss Bekah scooped out some of the pulp and seeds for us and put it on our trays.  We then had the opportunity to scoop some out with the spoon or our hands.  Emily said the pulp felt “gooey”, and Paige said it felt “cold.”  We all really enjoyed our sensory experience.

Breakfast:  Overnight Oatmeal with cinnamon/sugar mixture and cantaloupe.

Lunch:  Farm fresh scrambled eggs, whole grain wheat flatbread, apple slices and broccoli.

Afternoon Snack:  Blue corn chips with refried beans and watermelon.
