Breakfast:  Corn Chex cereal and fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Whole grain brown rice with shredded chicken, watermelon and corn.

Afternoon Snack:  Sunflower seeds and Wheat Thins crackers.

Wee Sprouts:  Cucumbers.
