Breakfast:  Overnight Oatmeal with cinnamon/sugar mixture and fresh pineapple slices.

Lunch:  Farm fresh scrambled eggs with shredded cheddar cheese and cucumber slices, banana and toasted English muffin with butter.

Afternoon Snack:  Refried beans on whole grain wheat flatbread and fresh apple slices.
