Breakfast: Overnight Oatmeal with cinnamon/sugar mixture and bananas.
Lunch: Farm fresh scrambled eggs, whole grain wheat tortillas, fresh apple slices and peas.
Afternoon Snack: Whole grain wheat flatbread with cream cheese and fresh pineapple slices.
