Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Ham lunchmeat on whole grain wheat bread, fresh orange bell pepper slices and bananas.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain Ritz crackers and Colby-jack block cheese slices.
