We introduced a Perler bead activity today.  Beyond being a relaxing and fun craft, it allows young children to practice using mindfulness, concentration, awareness and dexterity.  This activity helps to lengthen the amount of time young children are able to stay focused which will be an important life skill from school age through adulthood. 

Breakfast: Oatmeal & strawberries


Lunch: Hard boiled eggs, peppers/carrots, & watermelon


PM Snack: Popcorn & raisins


Wee Sprouts: Carrot chips & peppers
