Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh oranges.
Lunch: Grilled cheddar cheese sandwich on whole grain wheat bread, cucumbers and fresh pear slices.
Afternoon Snack: Pretzels, mozzarella cheese stick and banana.
Wee Sprouts: Cucumbers.
