Breakfast: Whole grain wheat toast with butter and fresh apple slices.

Lunch: Whole grain wheat elbow pasta with butter and shredded chicken,  fresh watermelon slices, and orange bell pepper.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole milk yogurt and graham crackers.
