Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and bananas.

Lunch:  Turkey lunch meat and cream cheese roll-ups, whole grain wheat bread, fresh cucumber slices and watermelon.

Afternoon Snack:  Pretzels and mozzarella cheese stick.

Wee Sprouts:  Green pepper slices.
