Breakfast:  Whole grain wheat bread toasted with butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture and fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Whole grain wheat penne pasta with red beans, cucumber slices and fresh pineapple.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole milk yogurt and watermelon.
