Breakfast: Brown rice cakes with peanut butter and bananas.
Lunch: Cheese quesadillas on whole wheat tortillas, fresh pineapple/pears, and fresh cucumbers.
PM Snack: Whole wheat crackers with block cheddar cheese.
Wee sprouts: Fresh carrots and bell peppers.
