Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh apple slices.

Lunch:  Ham lunch meat on whole grain wheat bread, fresh green bell pepper slices and bananas.

Afternoon Snack:  Mozzarella cheese stick and pretzels.

Wee Sprouts:  Cucumbers.
