Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh oranges.
Lunch: Ham lunch meat on whole grain wheat bread, fresh oranges/pineapple and peas.
Afternoon Snack: Pretzels and mild cheddar block cheese slices.
