Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and cantaloupe.
Lunch: Peanut butter on whole grain wheat tortillas, fresh pear slices and corn/peas.
Afternoon Snack: Mozzarella cheese stick, whole grain Ritz crackers and fresh apple slices.
Wee Sprouts: Orange bell peppers.
