Breakfast: Toasted whole grain wheat bread with butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture and fresh pear slices
Lunch: Whole grain wheat penne pasta with shredded pork, fresh pineapple and yellow bell peppers.
Afternoon Snack: Whole milk yogurt with fresh blueberries.
Wee Sprout: Cucumbers.
