Breakfast:  Puffins cereal with fresh pineapple.

Lunch: Refried beans and shredded cheddar cheese on whole grain wheat tortilla, fresh apple slices and orange mini sweet bell peppers.

Afternoon Snack: Whole grain wheat bagels with cream cheese.

Wee Sprouts:  Red mini sweet bell peppers.
