Breakfast:  Puffins cereal and fresh apple slices.

Lunch: Whole grain brown rice with kidney beans, fresh cucumbers and cantaloupe/pineapple slices.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain wheat cinnamon raisin bagel with butter spread and banana.

Wee Sprouts: Cucumbers.
