Breakfast: Whole grain Kix cereal with fresh pear.

Lunch: Whole grain brown rice with shredded chicken, pineapple slices, and carrots.

Afternoon Snack: Pepitas with sweet potato crackers.

Wee Sprout: Mini Sweet Peppers.
