Breakfast- Kix and fresh pineapple.
Lunch- Brown rice with shredded turkey, fresh pineapple/kiwi/banana, and fresh pepper/cucumber.
PM snack- whole wheat crackers with peanut butter and seeds on top (sunflower, pumpkin and peanut)
Wee Sprout- Fresh pepper/cucumber.
