Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh apple slices.

Lunch:  Hummus on whole grain wheat bread, bananas and sweet potatoes with cinnamon

Afternoon Snack:  Pretzels and mozzarella cheese stick.

Wee Sprouts:  Mini sweet peppers.
