Breakfast: Brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh banana/nectarine.
Lunch: Hummus on whole grain wheat bread, fresh apple and yellow bell pepper slices.
Afternoon Snack: Pretzels and mozzarella cheese stick.
Wee Sprouts: Mini cucumbers/green bell peppers.
