Good Afternoon!

Breakfast:  Whole grain wheat bread toast with butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture and fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Whole grain penne pasta with black beans, fresh red bell pepper slices and bananas.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole milk yogurt and fresh blackberries.

Wee Sprouts:  Snap peas.
