Happy Friday! Enjoy the pictures from our day!
Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh apple slices.
Lunch: Refried beans and shredded cheddar cheese on whole grain wheat flatbread, fresh mini cucumbers and fresh apple/pineapple slices.
Afternoon Snack: Homemade vegan mini chocolate chip muffins (made by Miss Ashley and the preschool class), mozzarella cheese stick and fresh mini cucumbers.
Wee Sprout: Red bell peppers.
