Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh apple slices.

Lunch:  Turkey lunch meat, whole grain wheat tortillas, bananas and cooked butternut squash.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole grain Goldfish crackers with mild cheddar block cheese slices.

Wee Sprout:  Cucumbers.
