Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh apple slices.

Lunch:  Ham and cream cheese roll-ups, whole grain wheat tortilla,

Afternoon Snack:  Pretzels and medium block cheese slices.

Wee Sprout:  Snap Peas.
