Good Afternoon!

This morning we engaged with rhythm sticks with Miss Tina, tapping them to a few songs. One of the songs was called Tap Your Sticks by Hap Palmer. We then acted out the book There Were Ten In The Bed using the big pillow for our bed to roll out of onto the floor.

We then engaged in the light table with the sensory balls.  We talked about their color being light or dark blue.  We felt the texture of the spikes in our hands and tossed them into the table.  Cece sat on Miss Bekah’s lap to explore the texture of the balls with us.

Breakfast:  Whole grain wheat bread toasted with butter and cinnamon/sugar mixture and fresh oranges.

Lunch:  Whole grain wheat pasta with red beans, fresh mango slices and cooked green beans.

Afternoon Snack:  Whole milk yogurt and fresh strawberries.

Wee Sprout:  Mini cucumbers.
