Breakfast:  Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and bananas.

Lunch:  Black Forest Ham lunch meat, whole grain wheat flatbread, watermelon slices and cooked sweet potatoes.

Afternoon Snack:  Goldfish crackers and Colby-jack cheese slices.

Wee Sprout:  Cucumber.
