Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and bananas.
Lunch: Whole grain wheat bread with hummus, chicken/avocado salad, pineapple slices and cooked carrots.
Afternoon Snack: Whole wheat Goldfish crackers and mozzarella cheese stick.
Wee Sprout: Cucumber.
