Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with cream cheese and fresh pineapple and banana.
Lunch: Chicken Avocado salad, whole grain wheat tortillas, fresh pineapple and apple and red bell peppers.
Afternoon Snack: Pretzels and Colby-Jack block cheese.
Wee Sprout: Cucumbers.
