Breakfast: Overnight Oatmeal with cinnamon/sugar mixture and fresh strawberries.
Lunch: Farm fresh scrambled eggs, fresh nectarines, whole grain wheat bread and cooked green beans.
Afternoon Snack: Refried beans and shredded cheese on whole grain wheat tortilla.
Wee Sprout: Cucumbers.
