Breakfast: Whole grain Corn Chex with fresh pear slices.

Lunch: Refried beans with mild cheddar cheese, whole grain wheat bread, fresh pineapple, and cooked sweet peas.

Afternoon Snack:   Homemade chocolate chip muffins, Colby-jack block cheese slices and fresh apple slices.

Wee Sprout: Cucumbers.
