Good Afternoon!
Our kids were so interested in maps and globes last week that Miss Tami looked to add new additions to our classroom to feed off of that interest. We have two new floor puzzles for our classroom! We’ve been exploring the floor puzzles the last few days. One of the puzzles is of our country while the other floor puzzle is our world! It’s been a great authentic opportunity for kids to work collectively together as well as problem solve.
The light table was switched out to the blue circles and our white tree! Children spent the morning placing the blue circles onto the branches on the tree—a great fine motor activity!
Our PREK2 kiddos have been absolutely loving their daily journal experience! Enjoy a few journals from yesterday.
Breakfast– Kix cereal with fresh clementines.
Lunch– Peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread, fresh pears/banana, and fresh pepper/cucumber.
PM snack– Whole wheat cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese.
Wee Sprout– Fresh cucumber/pepper.
