Breakfast: Whole grain brown rice cakes with peanut butter and fresh apple slices.

Lunch: Chicken avocado salad on whole grain wheat tortilla, fresh yellow bell pepper, fresh banana and fresh blueberries.

Afternoon Snack:  Mozzarella cheese stick and fresh bananas.

Wee Sprout: Cucumbers.
