Breakfast: Whole grain oatmeal with cinnamon/sugar mixture and fresh pear slices.
Lunch: Farm fresh scrambled eggs with shredded mozzarella cheese, fresh pineapple slices, whole grain wheat English Muffins with cream cheese and cooked green beans.
Afternoon Snack: Homemade apple muffins with mozzarella cheese stick.
Wee Sprout: Cucumber
